Travel Fees
Mileage: A fee of $1 per mile (round trip) applies to locations beyond a 20-mile radius from zip code 75075 (Plano, TX), per artist.
Extended Travel: For destinations requiring more than one hour of travel, a driving fee of $50/hour (round trip) will be applied per artist. Example: 2 hours each way = $200.
Valet & Parking
If valet parking is the only or most accessible option at your venue, the fee will be charged to the client’s room or added to the total balance.
Any other parking charges (e.g. parking garage) are the client’s responsibility.
Retainer / Deposit
A non-refundable $100 retainer (applied toward your final balance) is required along with a signed contract to secure your date.
Contracted Date & Cancellations

Cancel up to 14 days before the event: only the retainer is forfeited.

Cancel between 14 days and 48 hours: 50% refund applies.

Cancel within 48 hours: 100% of the quoted rate is due.
Wait Time Policy
If services start later than the agreed time and extend past the scheduled end time, an additional $50 per hour will be charged.This ensures timeliness for all clients scheduled that day.
Due 14 days before the wedding date.
A $50 late fee applies if unpaid by the deadline.
Payment accepted via cash, check, Zelle, (from one person only—the bride, parent, or designated payer).
Individual invoices are not sent; the client is responsible for collecting all payments from their party before the due date.
Early Start Fee
Any service starting before 6:00 AM will include an early start fee of $50.
Bridezilla Clause
Applies to every person in the clientele party, their family, and/or guests.
We treat every client with the utmost respect and expect the same in return.
On rare occasions, a member of the party may engage in verbally or physically abusive behavior toward our makeup or hair professionals.
At no time will we tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing behavior from the client or anyone acting on their behalf.
If such behavior occurs, we will politely notify the client to address the issue.
If it continues, we will consider it a breach of contract and immediately leave the premises without completing services.
All remaining fees will be due immediately, and no refunds will be provided.
Bridezilla Clause
By booking, you acknowledge that the makeup artist is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sickness, or injury that may occur as a result of the products used or services provided.
All clients are encouraged to disclose any known allergies prior to their appointment.
